Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification containing the relevant order details.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may reach out to confirm the order before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before confirmation and before shipment is initiated.
Cancellation requests received after order confirmation or dispatch may not be accepted.
