Thank you for shopping with K9Kicks. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please read the following Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Please note: Any partial payment made for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is non-refundable under all circumstances.

However, exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged product

  • If you receive a wrong product

  • If there is a size-related issue, subject to the conditions mentioned below


Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • It is mandatory to record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
    ❗ Without a parcel opening video, no exchange request will be accepted.

  • All items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

  • In all cases, the product must be shipped by the customer via India Post only.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange free of cost, including shipping charges.


Size Exchange

  • If a wrong size has been delivered by us, we will bear the shipping cost for both return and exchange.

  • If the correct size was delivered but does not fit, the customer will bear the shipping charges for both sending and receiving the product.


Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email with the required details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You must ship the product within 2 days of approval to the address shared by us.

  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.

  • Shipping must be done only through India Post.

  • After dispatch, you must share the shipping details with us.


Information Required for Exchange

Please share the following details to process your exchange request:

  • Registered mobile number used on K9Kicks

  • Registered name on K9Kicks

  • Alternate mobile number

  • Parcel opening video

  • 4–5 clear photos of the product from different angles (product must be fully visible)


Exchange Dispatch Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • The exchange order will be dispatched within 3 business days.

  • You will be informed at the time of dispatch via email.


Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within the stipulated time frame to arrange an exchange as per this policy.
